1. Delivery
Orders are processed subject to product availability and credit card verification.
Domestic delivery (Within Ukraine)
Natti Nattu delivers orders via Nova Poshta. We strive to ensure timely delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days from the time of purchase. In the event of unforeseen technical issues, you will be promptly notified by email.
Delivery within Ukraine is paid by the customer. Shipping cost is not included in the product price and is paid separately according to the rates of the selected courier service.

International delivery:
When ordering Natti Nattu products with international delivery, please note:
- Additional Charges: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applicable in your country. Natti Nattu has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs Clearance: International orders may be subject to customs procedures that could cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend checking your country's customs policies in advance to avoid unexpected costs or delays.
2. Return policy
At Natti Nattu, we aim to provide the highest level of service. Our return and exchange policy complies with the legislation of Ukraine and considers the interests of our customers.
Return and exchange conditions:
- Return Period: You may return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Some product categories are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Items made to order or customized according to customer specifications.
- Items that have been used or have damaged packaging.
- Items that cannot be returned under Ukrainian law.
Return procedure:
- Contact Us: Before sending your return, please contact our customer support at customer@nattinattu.com.ua, indicating the reason for the return and your order number.
- Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.
- Return Shipment: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accompanying documents and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed with our support team.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to process the transaction.
4. Damaged items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure their quality. However, if you receive a defective item, please notify us at customer@nattinattu.com.ua within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing a description of the issue and photographs of the defect in order to qualify for a return and refund.
